Terms & Conditions — Test laundry Shop 1. Service & turnaround • Standard turnaround is 2–3 working days from pickup. Express options, where available, are confirmed at the counter. • Turnaround may extend on peak days or for delicate / specialised items. 2. Pricing & payment • Charges follow the displayed price list and are confirmed before processing. • Payment is due on delivery unless otherwise agreed. 3. Pickup & delivery • Please verify the item count at pickup — the count recorded on the order/challan is final. • Someone should be available at the delivery address during the chosen slot. 4. Garment care & liability • Items are processed with reasonable care following standard care labels. • Test laundry Shop is not liable for pre-existing damage, colour bleeding, shrinkage, or wear arising from a garment's own condition or care label. 5. Stains & damage • We attempt to remove stains but cannot guarantee complete removal. • Any concern about a processed item must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, with the item unused. 6. Lost or damaged items • In the rare event of loss or damage caused by us, compensation is limited to a maximum of ten (10) times the service charge of that item, or as required by law. 7. Unclaimed items • Items not collected within 30 days of the ready date may be donated or disposed of, and storage charges may apply. 8. Cancellations • Orders can be cancelled before processing begins. Once processing has started, charges apply. 9.
